Range Graded Proportional Circle Map

The above map is a range graded proportional circle map of an urban population taken from the U.S. Bureau of the Census in 1970. Range graded scaling is another scaling method term in which the circle is represented is grouped into classes and symbolized with a different size circles (in this case it would be population).
